2008 National Convention - Phoeniz, Arizona

About the Organization

Based in Washigton, D.C., the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) is a non-profit 501 c6 trade association with over 15,500 members in more than 60 affiliate chapters nationwide.

Our members are real estate agents, brokers, loan officers, mortgages brokers, title officers, escrow officerss, appraisers, insurance agents and more. They are from diverse cultural background as membership is not limited to professionals of Hispanic descernt.

A board of directors, advisory, and executive committees govern NAHREP and include highly successful practitioners, entrepreneurs, former goverment appointed officials and industry leaders from Fortune 100 companies.

Mission Statement

Increase the sustainable Hispanic homeownership rate by empowering real estate professionals that serve the community.

We endeavor to accomplish this mission by:

Providing a meaninful forum in which members can express their opinions and exchange ideas with people across all segments of the real estate community.

Advocating changes in public policy that removes barriers to homeownership for Hispanic consumers and support the legislative interests of NAHREP members.

Sharing information that enables members to adapt to industry changes influenced by advancements in technologies; Empowering real estate professionals through educational tools and programs that teach them to understand and more effectively work with the cultural distinctions of their clients.
