At a time when most companies were focused on residential real estate, Kathy honed her skills as a commercial agent. Eventually, Kathy added residential real estate as well to fully service her clientele.

A key component of Kathy’s business plan is her emphasis on marketing. As Founder of her own marketing company, she cannot stress enough the importance of marketing in the real estate business. She publishes real estate trade magazines and markets her listings well in order to stand out in the marketplace. She is also a certified feng shui consultant and offers her services free to her clients.

Kathy is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®). This is especially helpful for those seeking to list their home as a short sale or to purchase a short sale or bank-owned (REO) property. Kathy has also received the Code of Trust Certified Real Estate Professional Certification and is a member of the ORRA Honor Society and the Florida Realtors® Honor Society.

Even with a full plate, Kathy finds time for worthwhile endeavors. As a graduate of Leadership Central Florida, she has become an integral part of the community she serves.  She is also involved in a leadership capacity in various real estate and civic organizations and has recently been awarded the Pillar of the Community Award by the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. She is often invited to speak on topics pertaining to buying real estate in the Orlando, Florida area.
